Our marketplace is similar to a newspaper's classified or Craigs List service in that we will not become involved in resolving disputes arising between buyers and sellers. We do, however, have a dispute protocol that we recommend to our members:
 
1. Prevent Disputes We highly recommend that our members use an escrow payment service such as PayPal since by default PayPal offers a built in protection for dispute situations.

Communicate Using the “Contact Seller” button on the product page is the best place to reach out to a seller to ask questions,  state concerns or any other form of communication needed.  
 
3. Official Report By sending an email to support@fpvtube.com you can report a specific member issue. If you feel you have exhausted all avenue’s of communication we will try to help. If you are reported by another member, we will look into the claim and then take action as appropriate. Pending resolution of the issue by the reporting member, the member against whom a complaint is filed will have his record flagged and any member who reviews the offending member's ratings will see the number of unresolved complaints against that member.
 
Any misconduct on the Market Site is subject to the following penalties (and combination of which will determined in the sole discretion of FPV Tube):
 
- Formal Warning

- Removal of Listing with NO REFUND

- Suspension for a set period (to be determined by us)

- Indefinite Suspension

- Permanent Membership Revocation
 

Video Uploads:
Our video section is a portal where you can add all your favorite FPV Related Videos.  Simply click the "Share your Video" tab and you will be taken to a page where you can add links from all the popular video hosting companies like  YouTube, Vimeo and many others. You don't have to take the time to what while all your videos upload, just copy and past the links you already have in to the appropriate fields, add some criteria tags, a description and your done. It's a great place to aggregate your videos that are spread over the internet to one central place.
 

Following:
Once you are logged in you can click the users name who added the video listed on the thumbnail. Click the user name  and you will be taken to a page where you can follow that user.  This is a great feature if you really like the posting content of a specify user to users. You can follow the videos they add, see their forum posts and the product they post in the FPV Tube Marketplace.  You will be updated by email links sent to your registered email address.
 

Main Video Page:
After clicking a video thumbnail you will arrive to the main video page.  Here you can do various things like comment on users videos. You can add the video to your favorites list. You can share the video with popular social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Digg and many more.  You can also rate the video by clicking the thumbs up or thumbs down icon and create a link to the video or embed it in a webpage.
 

Marketplace:
Our FPV Tube Marketplace is a great place to buy and sell items absolutely free!
Search by category, key words or by site username.
 

Sellers:
After registeration a seller can create an robust marketplace ad to sell a single item or a store with with multiple items, absolutely free of charge.  You can add multiple supporting pictures, even supporting videos if you like. Go crazy, have fun and make money.
 

Payments:
Our FPV Tube Marketplace is created to be a direct sale interface between the seller and the buyer.  FPV Tube is not a monitary "middle man" between the tow parties.  This is why we created a PayPal format for payments.  This gives you the added protection to dispute sales if something goes wrong.
 

Shipping:
When creating your add the default shipping cost is $25.  What ever price you place in the shipping price field will override the default $25 ship price. You need to consider the shipping price you enter in your ad in case you get an order from someone outside your country. For example: If you take orders from customers outside your country you may consider creating a note in your ad that says something like this  "for orders shipped out of the US please add an additional $25 for shipping this product". At the tome of check out in the PayPal interface you should be able to ad the appropriate extra cost.
 

For buyers, we have a "contact seller"  button in case you have questions to ask the seller, plus a seller rating system so you can feel confident about the purchase you'll be making.
